    Scale IR will call leads based on the criteria defined in your outreach strategy. We work with you to determine which contacts should be included in calling campaigns and which should be excluded. Exclusions typically include past investors, active prospects already in later-stage conversations, and anyone marked as "Do Not Contact" (DNC) in your CRM. We can also exclude contacts based on custom rules such as accreditation status, past investment history, or recent engagement activity.
  • Who will be making calls to my leads? What will they say?
    Scale IR’s Lead Engagement Specialists will be making calls to your leads. These specialists are trained in handling investor conversations and use a structured discovery framework to engage and qualify leads based on key factors like timeline, liquidity, and interest in your asset class. The call script and approach are customized to your offering, ensuring that conversations align with your brand and sales strategy. Our goal is to create a smooth handoff to your team by setting high-quality meetings with engaged, qualified investors.
  • Will you require me to change the way I use my CRM? Do I need to use your CRM?
    No, you do not need to change the way you use your CRM or migrate to a new system. Scale IR integrates with your existing CRM (such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel) to pull in leads and update records with call outcomes, email engagement, and meeting activity. If needed, we can add custom fields to improve reporting and workflow automation, but you retain full control of your CRM.
  • How can I easily see activity that's taken place and the outcome of each call/email?
    All call, email, and meeting activity is logged directly in your CRM in real time. You’ll be able to see notes, dispositions, call recordings (if applicable), and next steps for each contact. We also provide summary reports and dashboards that give you visibility into key performance metrics, such as connection rates, meeting set rates, and lead conversion trends.
